Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Our customers’ satisfaction is in the first place, returning a product is easy and quick! 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or return. Simply follow the instructions and submit a request for return/ exchange. To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must meet the below criteria: 

1. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 

2. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers if any. 

3. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted. 

4. Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for. 

If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we have received the products back at our warehouse, the product(s) amount will be credited back to the store wallet as credits within 2 business days once the quality check is done.

We request you to please click on the below button to raise your return and refund request. 

We have to pay an extra INR.50/- to our shipping partners for arranging reverse pickup from your doorstep. However, we do understand that our customers should not suffer because of our policies and hence we collect INR.50/- initially to make the process smooth and we are happy to reverse the charges back as store credits/coupons for future shopping. The reverse pickup will be attempted within 3 business days (Mon to Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from the request raised. It takes 4-8 business days for those products to reach back to our warehouse. 

Please note, in case if we do not have a reverse pick up service in your area, you will be requested to self-ship the product you wish to exchange/return at the address mentioned. Please check that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of INR.50/- will be refunded to you in terms of Store Credits/Coupons which you can use for future shopping. You will have to self ship the products to the address.
